I am directed to invite quotations from firms/parties for Binding and Stitching works for one year from the date of awarding the contract for the items of work as listed below. You are requested to quote the rates in figures and words against each of the items.

The envelope containing the rate should be addressed to the undersigned and should be superscribed “QUOTATION FOR BINDING AND STITCHING WORKS” may be dropped in the tender box at the Facilitation Centre of the Ministry near gate no. 3 at Ground Floor of Shastri Bhawan New Delhi not later than 3-00 P.M. on 31.10.2011. The quotation will be opened at 4-00 P.M on the same day in Room No.623, ’A’ Wing, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi. You or Your representative may like to be present at the time of opening of quotations.
The quotation should be accompanied by the proof of experience in the same field and an EMD in the form of Demand Draft for Rs. 2,000/- drawn in favour of DDO, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment. The EMD of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned on finalization of the contract. The EMD of the successful bidder shall be returned after he submits the requisite performance security.
The Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment reserves the rights to reject any or all of the tenders without assigning any reason thereof, and would not be responsible for any postal delay.
