Quotation for Disposal of Staff Cars.

Tender Notice


Sealed quotations are invited for disposal of one Staff Car bearing registration number DL-2CM-2238(Ambassador, 2000 Model) of this Ministry on 'as is where is' basis. Quotations in envelopes marked "QUOTATION FOR DISPOSAL OF STAFF CARS" should reach the undersigned in Room No.240. 'A' Wing Shastri Bhavan, New Delhi by 3.00 P.M. on or before the 27th December, 2010. An Earnest Money Deposit of Rs.5,000/- in the form of a Demand Draft drawn in favour of DDO(Cash), M/o Social Justice & Empowerment, New Delhi, should necessarily be sent with the quotation. Quotations unaccompanied by earnest money, shall not be considered.

2. Interested persons can inspect the vehicle on any working day from 10.30 A.M. to 4.30 P.M. in the premises of Shastri Bhavan, New Delhi.

3. The Ministry reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reasons.

4. The sealed quotations will be opened on 27th December, 2010 at 3.30 P.M. in Room No.639, 'A' wing, Shastri Bhavan, New Delhi.
