Sir,
You are requested to send the rates/Quotation as under of one Tower/Slim Line AC of make LG to be installed in the Office of Hon'ble MOS (SJ&E) on urgent basis by 3.00 afternoon on 12.9.2011. The quotation may please be sent in sealed envelopes marked "Quotation for Supply and Installation of Tower/Slim Line AC" and be dropped in the tender box kept in the Facilitation Centre of the Ministry on the Ground Floor near Gate No.3, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi by 3.00 p.m. on or before 12.09.2011. The tender will be opened at 3.30 P.M. on the same day at room No. 623 "A" wing, Shastri Bhavan.

2. The quotation should be accompanied by a DD for Rs.5,000/-, in favour of DDO, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, towards EMD. The EMD will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders, after the finalization of the contract. The successful contractor will have to furnish performance security of the amount to be prescribed. After the receipt of the performance security, the EMD will be returned to the successful bidder.
3. Vender have to supply the items in good condition and guarantee card duly filled should be handed over to the undersigned.
4. The Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment reserves the rights to reject any or all of the tenders without assigning any reason there of, and would not be responsible for any postal delay.
5. Any dispute arising in the matter shall be resolved through an arbitrator to be nominated by Secretary or Additional Secretary in the Ministry.
6. The contract shall be subject to the Indian Laws and jurisdiction of the courts, located in Delhi.
