Subject: Quotations for Riso Consumables - regarding.

Sir,

I am directed to refer to subject mentioned above and request you to forward the Rates for supply of following consumable items of Risographs (Machine Model No.RP 3500 and Machine Model EZ 2000AG) from authorised dealers/distributors (copy of authorization certificate to be enclosed):

  1. RISO INKS - 1000 ml (RP Series)
  2. RISO MASTERS (B4) (RP Series)
  3. RISO INKS - RZ-Z Type (1000 ml)
  4. RISO MASTERS - RZ/EZ A-4 size (Riso machines EZ 2000AG)

2. The quotation may be sent alongwith earnest money deposit (refundable) of Rs. 10,000/- in favour of DDO, M/o Social Justice and Empowerment, New Delhi . The quotation may be sent in a sealed envelope marked "Quotation for supply of RISO CONSUMABLES" and the same should be dropped in the Tender Box in the Facilitation Centre in the Ministry on the Ground Floor near Gate No.3, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi by 3.00 p.m. on or before 23-09-2011 . Quotations received after due date and time will not be accepted.

3. The successful bidder will have to deposit the performance security for an amount of 5% of the annual value of the contract in the form of demand draft/FDR from a commercial bank or bank guarantee from Commercial Bank. The performance security should remain valid for a minimum period of 15 months from the date of award of contract. Performance Security will be forfeited if the firm fails to perform any of the terms or conditions of the instant tender.

4. The rates quoted should be valid for a period of one year. However, the validity period can be extended further for another year at the discretion of the Sanctioning Authority.

5. If the goods provided by you are not found of the appropriate quality or you fail to supply them on time, the contract will be liable to be cancelled without any notice.

6. Any dispute arising in the matter shall be resolved through an arbitrator to the nominated by Special Secretary or Secretary (SJ&E) in the Ministry. The contract shall be subject to the Indian law and jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi.
