I am directed to invite creative designs and colour schemes for half page colour advertisement on Republic Day, 2012 in Hindi and English. The proposed creative designs and colour schemes may be forwarded to Assistant Editor (Media), Room No.721-A, Seventh Floor, A-Wing, Shastri Bhavan, New Delhi latest by 10.00 A.M. on 16.01.2012.

Payment would be made as per DAVP rates to the agency whose design will be finally selected and approved.
