Sir,
I am directed to invite sealed quotation/rates for printing of Desk Calendar and Wall Calendar with the following specification:-
| Wall Calendar (Size 18"x23") |
Printing in four colour on imported art paper of 170 gsm 7 sheets with maphitho on the back in imported wiro binding qty 7000, 1 page having date of one month. |
| Wall Calendar (Size 20"x28") |
Printing in four + one colour on Ivory texture paper of 280 gsm sheets with UV Border lamination + Embose with maphitho on the back in imported wiro binding qty 1000, 1 page having date of one month. |
| Desk Calendar (Size 11"x12") |
Printing in four colour on imported art paper of 170 gsm 13 sheets with maphitho on the back in imported wiro binding qty 3000, 1 page having date of one month. Printing of both words & digits is to be done with tactile print in Braille script. |
2. The sample of the calendar may kindly be seen in Room No. 721 A, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi. The sealed quotation/rates may reach Assistant Editor (Media), Room No. 721 A Wing, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi latest by 22-12-2011 with an earnest money of Rs. 10,000/- through DD drawn in favour of PAO, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment.
