Sir,
You are requested to send the rates as under of one 32" LCD TV of make Samsung to be used in the office of OSD to Hon'ble Minister (SJ&E) on urgent basis by 3.00 P.M. on 20.1.2012. The quotation may please be sent in sealed envelopes marked "Quotation for supply of 32" LCD TV" and be dropped in the tender box kept in the Facilitation Centre of the Ministry on the Ground Floor near Gate No.3, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi by 3.00 p.m. on or before 20.1.2012. The tender will be opened at 3.30 P.M. on the same day at room No. 623 "A" wing, Shastri Bhavan, New Delhi.

2. The quotation should be accompanied by an EMD in the form Demand Draft for Rs. 5,000/- drawn in favour of DDO, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment. The EMD of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned on finalization of the contract. The EMD of the successful bidder shall be returned after he supply the requisite items. Vender has to supply the items in good condition and guarantee card duly filled will have to hand over to the undersigned.
3. The Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment reserves the rights to reject any or all of the tenders without assigning any reason there of, and would not be responsible for any postal delay.
4. Any dispute arising in the matter shall be resolved through an arbitrator to be nominated by Secretary or Additional Secretary in the Ministry.
5. The contract shall be subject to the Indian Laws and jurisdiction of the courts, located in Delhi.
