Sir,
You are requested to send the rates for the following electric appliances of well branded company on urgent basis by 3.00 P.M. on 30.1.2012 and be dropped in the tender box kept in the Facilitation Centre of the Ministry on the Ground Floor near Gate No.3, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi by 3.00 p.m. on or before 30.1.2012. The tender will be opened at 3.30 P.M. on the same day at room No. 623 "A" wing, Shastri Bhavan, New Delhi.

2. An amount of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) in the form of a Banker's Cheque/DD on any scheduled bank in Delhi drawn in favour of DDO, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, New Delhi must be accompanied the quotation letter as Earnest Money Deposit. Quotation received without Earnest money will not be considered at all.
3. The Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment reserves the rights to reject any or all of the tenders without assigning any reason there of, and would not be responsible for any postal delay.
4. Any dispute arising in the matter shall be resolved through an arbitrator to be nominated by Secretary or Additional Secretary in the Ministry.
5. The contract shall be subject to the Indian Laws and jurisdiction of the courts, located in Delhi.
