Dear Sir,
I am directed to invite quotations from firms/parties for Dry-cleaning jobs etc. for one year from the date of awarding the contract as per terms & conditions (Annexure-I) for the following articles:-

2. The quotations may be addressed to the Under Secretary (Admn.), Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Shastri Bhavan, New Delhi in sealed cover inscribed "QUOTATIONS FOR DRYCLEANING JOBS FOR ONE YEAR" and these should reach the undersigned before 20.12.2010 by 3.30 PM and these will be opened on the same day at 4.30 PM. Owners of the firm or their duly authorized representatives can be present at the time of opening of quotations. The Ministry reserves the right of accepting/rejecting any or all quotations without assigning any reasons therefore.
