Flowchart shows the organisation structure with Honourable Minister at the top. The Honourable Minister of State reports to the Minister. The Secretary reports to the Minister of State. Additional Secretary and Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor report to the Secretary.
There are two Deputy Secretary (Finance) that report to Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor. Whereas the Deputy Director General and Joint Secretaries of following departments report to the Secretary:
- Scheduled Castes Development & Chief Vigilance Officer (SCD & CVO)
- Backward Class, Administration, Parliament, Coordination & Media (BC, Admn, Parl, Cdn .& Media)
- Social Defence (SD)
- Disability Development (DD)
Each Joint Secretary has several Directors and/or Deputy Secretary reporting to him/her. For example:
- Joint Secretary (SCD & CVO) has 5 Directors (SCD) and 1 Director (SCD & Vigilance)
- Joint Secretary (BC, Admn, Parl, Cdn .& Media) has three Directors for Admin., Coordination and BC
- Joint Secretary (SD) has two people reporting: Deputy Secretary (DP) and Director (Aging)
- Joint Secretary (DD) has two Directors: Disability Development and DD and National Institutes
- Deputy Director General includes three Directors of DD, Planning Research, Evaluation and Monitoring, DD and Finance.
