Subject: Annual Maintenance Contract for the repair and maintenance of Air Conditioners and Water Cooler in the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment for one year from the date of contract.
Sir,
I am directed to refer to the subject stated above and to invite sealed quotations for Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for repair and maintenance of approximately 48 windows and 48 split Air Conditioners and water coolers in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment for one year from the date of awarding the contract as per details given in Annexure - I and II.
2. The sealed cover containing the bids superscribed "ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR MAINTENANCE OF AIR CONDITIONERS and WATER COOLER" should be addressed to the Under Secretary (Admn.) and dropped in the Tender Box at the Facilitation Center (near gate no. 3) of Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Shastri Bhawan (Ground Floor), Dr. Rajinder Prasad Marg, New Delhi by 3.00 P.M. on and before 20.06.2011. The bids will be opened on the same day at 4.00 P.M in the chamber of US(Admn.),Room No.-240 'A' Wing, Shastri Bhawan. The bid received after the stipulated date and time will not be considered. Vendor or his representative can be present at the time of opening of the sealed bids. The Tender document is also available on the website of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment i.e.http://socialjustice.nic.in.
3. The bid has to be accompanied by an EMD of Rs.5000/-(Rupees Five thousand) only in the form of Demand Draft in favour of Pay & Accounts Officer, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment. The EMD of the unsuccessful bidder shall be returned after the finalization of the contract. The successful bidder will have to furnish performance security of the prescribed amount
