Pratibha Devisingh Patil, giving away the National Award for Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, 2010 in the category of 'Best Employee/ Self Employed (Cerebral Palsy) Additional Award to Shri Kedar Vasant Indurkar (From Left to Right) Secretary, Social Justice & Empowerment, Shri K.M. Acharya, Minister of State for Social Justice & Empowerment, Shri D. Napoleon, and Minister of Social Justice & Empowerment, Shri Mukul Wasnik were also present.
